Design and Control on Pulsed High Energy Density Beam Power Supply

For an electron beam additive manufacturing advanced manufacturing technology, the paper researched one new pulsed high energy beam technology and developed a pulsed high energy beam power supply, including accelerating power supply, heating power supply and pulsed bias power supply main circuit topologies and the corresponding control circuits, and the power supply can realize continuous beam current and pulsed beam current mode selection, in particular, it can achieve pulsed beam current pulse frequency, duty cycle and pulse peak precise adjustment, at last, the power supply tests proved that the power supply performance is good.
