An efficient design of QCA based memory

In this paper we have designed and implemented QCA memory such as hybrid memory. Quantum dot cellular automata nanotechnology which is most innovative technology in today's world. Hybrid memory is designed to overcome the demerits of the serial and parallel memories. QCA main advantages are to increase speed of operation, reduced circuit area, high efficiency, low power consumption or we can say that zero power consumption. QCA nanotechnology can be replaced by CMOS technology which has some limitations. In this paper designed circuits of simulation results are verified by truth table.
