Education and training: planning ahead in ate

The requirement to PLAN FOR TRAINING exists regardless of the means by which a newly developed or upgraded system is designed, documented, produced, installed or used. This presentation will discuss current research findings in the various areas of ATE education and training, identify specific training problems and provide explanation for planning early and efficiently. Emphasis will be placed on multiservice application of training plan processes.
