A secure and energy efficient cluster optimization by using hierarchial clustering technique

Wireless sensor based communication system is an ever growing sector in the industry of communication. Wireless infrastructure is a network that enables correspondence between various devices associated through a infrastructure protocol. Due to battery constrained the network performance such as security and device lifetime will get reduced i.e. if the energy of the wireless sensor node (WSN's) is drained, recharging and providing security of the sensor nodes in unattended environment is very difficult. As WS N devices are usually powered by battery, the important and most perilous factor is how to ease the energy in take by considering security of WSN devices, so that the lifetime of network can be enhanced to an extent. Routing the Data in sensor nodes plays a vital role in transferring the data to the base station (BS). Different types of routing algorithm have been used such multihopping, grid based, hierarchical based and clustering based such LEACH, HEED etc. The existing LEACH protocol is designed so for does not consider security as an issue. In this we have focused on incorporating clustering technique based on hierarchy technique namely EEHC-ECC clusters optimization to provide security and improve the lifetime of the sensor nodes. We compare our proposed clustering model with LEACH protocol and analyse its efficiency.
