State estimation for networked multi-rate systems with fading measurements: The variance-constrained case

In this paper, the state estimation problem over networked multi-rate systems (NMSs) with network-induced fading measurements is investigated. performance constraint and the individual variance constraint simultaneously. Based on the obtained conditions, the state estimation with variance-constrain is solved in term of semi-definite program means. The estimator gains are characterized by solving certain matrix inequalities. Furthermore, the explicit expression of the desired estimator gains is obtained by means of the feasibility of certain matrix inequalities. Finally, a numerical example is is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed estimator design scheme.
