Characterization of Tb- and Yb- doped media, produced in Russia

It is not objective of report to enumerate all known media and all domestic manufacturers of Tb- and Yb-doped media. Objective of report is to draw attention of the audience to the progress made in the development of such materials in Russia and to share some results obtained by our research team over the past couple of years.
