Waveguide-coaxial resonator with a wide frequency tuning

In this paper the properties the most low-frequency asymmetric oscillation of the magnetic type H
₁₁₁
have been studied. Possibilities of the resonance frequency fine tuning for the H
₁₁₁
oscillation of the waveguide-coaxial resonator with the short-circuit plunger have been analyzed. The eigen frequencies and Q-factors of the investigated oscillation in the waveguide-coaxial resonator on the basis of the evanescent waveguide have been computed. A comparison of the characteristics of the waveguide-coaxial and the waveguide-dielectric resonators has been carried out.
