Interferometry of plasma with the use of the microwave ray refraction

A possibility of using the interferometry with inclined microwave rays of O-wave for measuring the density in different plasma layers has been studied analytically, numerically and experimentally. The results obtained have shown that the interferometry with inclined microwave rays can be in principle used for plasma diagnostics.
