Because the number of private cars in big city increases at the annual rate of 20%-30%, so the random parking and traffic problems for lack of roadside parking space, A kind of urban roadside Stereo Garage facility would be set separately above the greenbelts, sidewalks, and bicycle lanes to utilize the midair space for roadside parking. This stereo Garage would solve the random parking and traffic problems for lack of roadside parking space. These facilities could be distributed dispersedly and managed uniformly which were operated in the operation center all around the city through GSM module. The roadside stereo garage was consisted with steel skeleton, loading board, trailing arm, motor drive system, GSM module, solar panel and emergency power supply.
