Two tracking control method to improve solar cell photoelectric efficiency

The surface of solar cell panels in outdoors was easy to be covered a lot of dust so the photoelectric conversion efficiency would decrease. The stubborn dusts even damage the device. In this paper, Nano-diamond coating film was prepared the surface of solar cell. Solar cell panels were usually fixed installation. However, the position of the sun was changing from east to west constantly in one day. The system could not make full use of solar energy, which resulted in lower power generation. A dual-axis automatic solar tracking system combine photoelectric tracking was used in different time. Through experiments simulation and data analysis, Nano-diamod coating film combine above automatic tracking to Improve the photoelectric Conversion Efficiency of Solar Cell Panel, and the dual-axis automatic tracking method was simple and lower cost.
