Configuration design method of switched thermal power superheated steam temperature control system

The object properties of thermal power superheated steam temperature are variable, uncertain and nonlinear, therefore it's difficult to establish a precise mathematical model. For the presence of long adjustment time and poor adaptive capacity problem of common PID, a DCS configuration design method of switched thermal power superheated steam temperature control system is proposed in this paper. Modular configuration design (mainly includes three parts: configuration design of the controller's switching system, configuration design of feedforward compensation and DCS configuration design of human-computer interface) is performed based on the industrial production system DCS platform to achieve undisturbed switching between neural network intelligent controller and common PID controller. The proposed method enables the operating personnel to adjust the operation in time to make the control system reliable and efficient. It can also promote the control quality of thermal power superheated steam temperature system.
