Research and realization of hand-held mobile bacon detection based on Neural Network Pattern recognition

This article describes the hand-held terminal bacon detection system based on Neural Network Pattern recognition. Respectively using computer vision and artificial olfactory, collected the bacon color characteristic value and Plaque as so as the concentration of volatile gases, the collected data through the GPRS to the host computer, then return the result after analysis; for the determination of the freshness of bacon, inferior fresh and corruption levels of bacon and get a TVB - N content data sequence, the clustering center will be established by the Neural SOM network. Experiments verified that the detection terminal has good detection accuracy and operability.
