Converters structures synthesis of time-and-frequency signals parameters in the code of two variables on the radial basis network

The article reasons the necessity to employ radial basis neural networks to design converters that transform time-and-frequency signals parameters into a code of two variables. The converter structure of time-and-frequency signals parameters in a digital code of two variables on the radial basis neuronet basis is offered. Decomposition of the converter on two components in which the second component is the radial basis network is offered. The implementation options analysis of radial basis activation functions on programmable logic integrated circuits is given. The offered structure of the frequency converter in a positional code of two variables is implemented on hardware description language VHDL.
