Fabrication of optical interconnect components for free-pace OXC using PDMS and thermoplastics

We present the design and fabrication of a spot displacement device to be used on a White cell-based binary optical cross-connect system. The implementation is done via soft lithography using PDMS and polysterene sheets for beam displacements of 3mm and 7mm.
