MNOs' approaches for building IoT strategies

The goal of this paper is to describe and assess the strategies that can be used by mobile network operators (MNOs) to monetize the Internet of Things (IoT) market opportunity, emphasizing on MNOs' efforts around adopting a set of platforms, vertical targets, partnerships and organizational planning. The information in this paper is based on an extensive research and discussions with a number of IoT players specifically in the area of technical platforms.
