Improving method of increasing the structural survivability of telecommunication networks

In this paper we investigate the problem how to improve the method of increasing structural survivability of telecommunication networks (TCN) by structural reservation network branches. Survivability is the property of the network to adapt to the new situation and to resist to negative influences, while fulfilling its objective function by a corresponding change of structure and behavior of the system even in case of serious damage to its parts.
