Analysis of caching efficiency in case of overload of telecommunications resources control system

The paper introduces criterion of overload absence in work of telecommunications resources control system (TRCS) in the form of RADIUS server with limitation of allowable billing load via billing time limit. In article was analyzed failure model of telecommunications provider and introduced one of possible indicator of TRCS efficiency - the number of customers which can fall under failure without billing overload. This indicator was calculated and analyzed for typical TRCS implementation and for TRCS implementation with data caching.
