A modified cepstrum method for pitch extraction

In this paper, we propose a new method for pitch extraction in noisy environments. The point of our method is to get a clear harmonics structure by removing unnecessary frequency components. Simulation experiments suggest that the gross pitch error is lower for the proposed method than for the conventional one.
