Properties and constructions of nonlinear resilient function over rings Z/sub m/

This paper investigates a decomposition formula of Chrestenson spectrum of a class of m-valued logical functions. On the basis of the formula, we give some methods for construction of nonlinear resilient functions over rings Z/sub m/.
