Structure identification of nonlinear objects with piecewise-linear characteristics

The paper reports the formal statement of the problem of structure identification, and develops an algorithm for the solution to this problem in the case of non-correlated input variables. Asymptotic estimations of forecast errors due to structural identification errors are obtained.
