The method of resources allocation for processing requests in online charging system

In this paper a method of allocating system resources to ensure efficient processing of requests in online charging cs=saystem, which allows you to control the quality of service provision, takes into account the required amount of resources to serve one request and statistics on the number of requests for each type of service received by the specified time intervals is given.
