Implementation of 10[W] level wireless power transfer system with 6.78 MHz Class-D inverter

This paper fabricated Class-D switching inverter critically effect to power efficiency of wireless power transfer system and presented equivalent circuit to magnetically coupled resonator. We analyzed Voltage and current of resonator's each node and in order to verification, observed power transfer characteristics of cascading Class-D inverter, magnetically coupled resonator and 50Ω load. Through analysis of theoretically model, it can be used to apply to other wireless power transfer systems with magnetically coupled resonator.
