Prototyping a diagnostic interface

The ARI is planning to prototype several potential interface implementations related to TPS transportability and interoperability. For the diagnostic interface, examination of available commercial standards has identified only one viable candidate-IEEE Std 1232, AI-ESTATE (Artificial Intelligence Exchange and Service Tie to All Test Environments) and its component standards. In this paper, we will discuss how to apply the AI-ESTATE standards to satisfy the diagnostic interface requirements for an ARI prototype.
