Multivariable Robust Control of a Current Source Inverter-Fed Induction Motor Drive

This paper presents the design of a linear quadratic Gaussian regulator with loop transfer recovery (LQG/LTR) to control a current source inverter-fed induction motor. The controller is simulated and its performance and stability robustness have been tested. It is found that the controller has very good tracking performance and excellent disturbance and noise rejection.
