On the sliding mode control of discrete-time nonlinear systems by output feedback

In this artilce we propose an output feedback control scheme for the robust stabilization, through sliding mode creation, of nonlinear discrete-time systems described in Fliess' Generalized Observability Canonical Form. The results arc applied to the regulation of a discretized model of a nonlinear DC motor.
