Framework of Knowledge Sharing in Software Organizations Using Big Data and Social Network

Knowledge is now being seen as the most important strategic resource in organizations, and the management of this knowledge is considered critical to knowledge management (KM) success. This article analyzes characteristic of knowledge in software organizations and critical factors are identified, a framework of knowledge sharing in software organizations is presented using Big Data technologies and social network.
