Fault current protection control by di/dt

The goal of this paper is to present a method to anticipate the fault current that may occurs in the power networks. The method consists in the surveillance of the fault current slope. Comparing its value with the accepted overload current slope is possible to command the circuit breaker before the current rich a dangerous value.
