Mechanism for dynamic optimization of inter-domain traffic cost in multi-homed ISP's network

This paper proposes a dynamic traffic management (DTM) mechanism which addresses the problem of cost-optimal distribution of inevitable overlay inter-domain traffic on multiple links. The paper extends the DTM mechanism to the 95
