A compact 90°waveguide twist at terahertz frequency

In this paper, a compact waveguide twist for terahertz frequency is designed. The compact structure with low reflection is achieved by a step waveguide. It has the compact sizes and low return loss properties. The result shows the return loss is more than 28 dB from 325 to 355GHz.
