Sector-based SVG image contour analysis algorithm

The image contour is represented as a sequence of sectors, where a sector is a figure formed with two contour points connected with the contour center and an angle between them. The sectors sequence comparison allows analyzing of image contours and defining similar contours without multiple calculations.
