Color pencil filter for non-photorealistic rendering applications

This paper proposes a color pencil filter for non-photorealistic rendering applications. Our method is based on the sketch filter which can be used for feature extraction. Simulation results show that the proposed method results in very attractive and impressive images with small amount of computations.
