Control of distribution of vibration amplitude on radiating surfaces of ultrasonic action sources

The Article is devoted to the realization of the contact method of amplitude measuring and distribution of it near ultrasound vibration sources, specifically: designing and development of piezoelectric receiving transducer with a point (needle) contact. Metrological characteristics of created device were measured. It was carried out measuring of amplitude and distribution of it near working tool of vibrating system of ultrasonic technological device designing for cavitation treatment on dispersal systems with liquid phase.
