Study of the reactive power control strategy for single-phase gird-connected inverter

The PV power plant at home and abroad are basically the unity power factor operation and maximum output of active power. It ignores the reactive power output capability, not for active and reactive power in a separate regulation. Based on the study of the reactive power control strategy for single-phase gird-connected inverter, a single phase voltage type gird-connected inverter mathematical model was established, two virtual variable were constructed in the synchronization reference frame to realize the coordinate transformation, and were made it into the traditional current inner loop control strategy of Three Phase Inverter by Park transformation. And any power factor's regulation of the single-phase gird-connected inverter was implemented through the independent regulation between active power and reactive power. Finally, the feasibility theory of constructing two virtual variable to realize the coordinate transformation of single-phase gird-connected inverter by computer simulation software MATLAB/SIMULINK was verified.
