Research and Application on Invariant Moment

Aircraft need detect landing flag when landing. By using invariant moment method, the aircraft can recognize the image including landing flag. A modified moment method based on Hu's invariant moment is applied to analyze features of digital images using invariant moment theory and technology, with translation, rotation and scale invariance on the research of geometric invariant moments.
