Disassembly Sequence Planning Based on Synchronous Net

A disassembly model based on synchronous net (DMSN) is proposed, and the problem of disassembly planning is then studied on the ground of DMSN. A cost function incorporating tool changes and disassembly direction changes is given out. A multiresolution reach ability graph acquisition (MRRGA) arithmetic is proposed complying with DMSN's reduction principles, which simplifies the resolution of reach ability graph through simplifying DMSN step by step, and finally gets the transition sequence set, namely the disassembly planning set. A simple example is presented to demonstrate the procedure and validity of the arithmetic.
