Audio Transfer System On Phs Using Error-protected Stereo Twinvq

This paper proposes an efficient stereo coding scheme with error protection based on transformed vector quantization. It also reports a handy terminal with a single-DSP decoder, which enables an audio transmission service over mobile channels.
