Based on the equivalent circuit analysis for classic electromagnetic band gap (EBG) structure, the new structure in improving the bandwidth is proposed, Electromagnetic simulation verified that the improved electromagnetic band gap structure can effectively restrain the electromagnetic noise in a wide frequency, which provides methods to improve the narrow bandwidth of EBG.
