Experimental investigations of characteristics of x-band pulse generator based on Gunn diode

The most important parts of transfer microwave radio pulse module based on Gunn diode are considered. The measurements of the output parameters of the module were carried out. Dependences of the measured characteristics of pulse generator were investigated. Characteristics of transmitter are resulted.
