Integrated Circuits Characterization Platform (ICCP)

The Integrated Circuits Characterization Platform (ICCP) is an automated measuring tool which offers more flexible and higher accuracy measurements on the new fabricated IC's. This platform is intended to be used with a PCB named “demo board”, which includes the socket for the desired IC and minimum external components. With few modifications, the ICCP can also be used at a probe station.
