Practice-oriented educational technologies for training engineers

The paper analyzes the causes of the current contradiction between the quality engineers training and the requirements of employers. Wider implementation of practice-oriented educational technologies is considered by the authors as one of the ways to improve the quality of training in the field of engineering and technology.
