Construction features of project management process model of innovative activity in Kazan Federal University

This article discusses features of the application of process and project management principles in a modern high school building on the example of innovation governance system in Kazan (Volga region) Federal University. The rationale for the need to move on process and project management principles to the Innovation, describes the work, and especially the development of innovation management school.
