Influence radiation-convection heat transfer on temperature fields in crystals in a Czochralski method

The conjugated heat transfer in regimes of a thermogravitational convection of gas and radiation-convection heat exchange in system «a crystal — environment — walls of the growth chambers», geometrically similar upper part of a thermal knot in a Czochralski method is numerically investigated. Calculations are fulfilled in a range of Grashof numbers from 1000 to 16000 at Prandtl number Pr = 0,68. Researches are spent by a finite element method. Calculation of radiation fluxes was made by a zonal method. The relative role of thermal conductivity, a convective heat transfer and a radiation heat exchange is investigated.
