Spectrum is a finite physical form that interacts universally (globally) in numerous ways. Technology engineers should know how communications is implemented for sustainability. All life forms depend on how technology is done. Our bodies are very similar to other life forms on earth. Earth can impact life like physical changes in our bodies. Existence of body earth's extreme environmental temperature changes was and is done by technology.
