Comments on "Delay time bounds for RC ladder networks"

Recently (see ibid., vol.43, pp.613-14, July 1996), Marinov and Shivakumar presented upper and lower bounds for the delay time for an n-cell RC ladder network with capacitive load. Their results can be improved as shown in this comment.
