ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method with various sintering temperatures. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the Nd(Mg

ceramics revealed no significant variation of phase with sintering temperatures. A density of 6.88 g/cm

, a dielectric constant (ε

) of 19.51, a quality factor (Q × f) of 100,400 GHz, and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of -57.8 ppm/°C were obtained for Nd(Mg
_0.43
Ca
_0.07
Sn
_0.5

₃
ceramics that were sintered at 1550°C for 4 h.
