A pattern-layered routing and spectrum allocation in OFDM-based flexible optical networks

We introduced a pattern-layered framework to investigate the routing and spectrum allocation in flexible optical network. A novel fragment-aware RSA algorithm is proposed and simulation results show that it outperforms previous studies.
