Computer-aided testing of electric motors in production or in the workshop

This paper presents a computer aided test system for electric motors. It is divided into the sections type testing and production testing. The introduced systems are of modular structure and can easily be adapted to different applications. All tests are performed via computer based on a library of test software. Systems for nearly every kind of electric motor are available, i.e. induction motors, DC motors, servo motors. This papers focuses on testing of induction motors.
