Propagation characteristics of differential transmission lines in hybrid-laminated materials

Hybrid-laminated material printed circuit board (PCB) can get good high speed bus performance with an acceptable cost. This study shows the transmission performance of straight and bended edge-coupled and broadside-coupled differential pairs in hybrid-laminated material PCB.
