Resonance of stacked rings in LTCC technology for non-destructive characterisation sensor at 150 GHz

This work aims to study, to design and to realise an original resonator based on stacked rings for an in situ characterisation of dielectric and metal materials used in a LTCC technology at 150 GHz on the one hand, and on the other hand to design a sensor using this resonator for a non-destructive dielectric characterisation of materials.
