Empirical research on electronic banking ris management of domestic commercial banks

Since the 21th century, the emergence of electronic banking brings us a new way of life- more convenient, more efficient and faster. However, risk management of electronic banking can't be ignored. Based on normative documents on electronic banking of Basel Committee, this paper summarizes certain factors affecting risk management capacity of electronic banking and then presents sixteen hypotheses which are verified through questionnaire investigation and result analysis. The research findings show that requirements in normative documents of Basel Committee have been basically implemented in China's commercial banks and meanwhile there are still some weaknesses in practice of domestic commercial banks which will be the direction of future efforts of commercial banks.
